Power of Intention

The power of thought gives way to the intention which sets into action life experience. Where is your focus? If you find that it is not in alignment with what you desire, notice the thought and change it. As the master of your mind, you choose where your thoughts dwell.

If you have a specific aim in mind, ponder and focus on it, and make it your reality. Think as if it exists, speak it in the present tense, or act as if it is part of your reality. A tool I recommend to reinforce this technique is visualization. You can visually meditate upon it or write what you desire on sticky notes and post them where you will see them frequently.
