A Reminder in Self-Compassion and Self-Love
Aug 17, 2018There may be times when awareness and responsiveness to your needs are necessary for the health and wholeness of your being. During those times, it is essential to mindfully check-in with your emotions, thoughts, and how the body is feeling. Remember your emotions fuel your thoughts, and your thoughts send messages to the cells in your body.
It is important to accept what is, allowing those emotions and thoughts to flow and recognize that nothing is permanent. In so doing, you can lovingly care for your mind, body, and spirit.
Ask yourself, “What do I need at this present moment?” Our goal is to align the mind and body so they can act in harmony lovingly supporting and energizing each other.
