Honesty Holds a Master Key

Honesty holds a master key in every aspect of our life. If we greet life being honest, first with ourselves, we are better able to show up honestly in our relationships or our interactions with others. The key is knowing whom we are authentically or honestly. How do we present ourselves to the world?
If we do not allow ourselves to be authentic, we have a hard time cultivating healthy open and honest relationships.
Some affirmations to promote honesty within ourselves:
It is safe for me to deeply explore whom I am.
My feelings are neither right nor wrong they are indicators of whom I am.
I allow myself to be whom I am and release programming or beliefs that do not represent me.
I enjoy and trust my self exploration – I am free to be me!
