Life Experiences Getting You Down?

Are you feeling like life is pulling you down, and it’s often hard to stay motivated to complete your daily tasks? Remember you always have a choice. I know this might not be the opening words you wish to hear, let me explain.

You can allow life to pull you down into emotions and thoughts of fear, worry, and other lower vibrational and toxic sensations or you can choose to look mindfully at the present moment and decide to see an opportunity for growth and evolution.

How do you know which course to take? Ask yourself what clears your mind, recharges your body and is therapeutic for you emotionally? A run or walk in the woods, taking in the beauty of nature, or possibly a good sweat filled workout that clears your pores as well as your mind. The list is endless and if you would like to share how you clear your mind and reconnect share below.

Whatever your positive stress reliever is once you have completed your ritual of releasement and clarity choose to mindfully reset your thoughts and emotions with a sense of love and compassion for self as well as acceptance and peace in the present. By aligning with such higher vibrational emotions, you align with your soul’s inner light and truth your natural state of well-being. It is from this space that empowerment blossoms, solutions emerge, and a sense of freedom prevails. Remember to foster mindful awareness to recognize when you are being pulled down by life experiences because you are the only one who can change it.
