Often as we begin to spiritually grow and change our perceptions of the world around us, we may feel like we have outgrown certain situations or experiences in our life. Like a plant outgrowing a pot, it has been planted in for years. However, once given an opportunity to spread its roots and feed on more soil and drink more water it will grow stronger, healthier and more vibrant!
The key is living in awareness of the growing pains, understanding what is shifting and changing within yourself and lovingly honoring the growth and evolution. Such realizations can create feelings of anxiety, fear, and apprehension. Lovingly and compassionately allow yourself to explore your inner world and begin to formulate communicative thought of what is shifting and changing and why things don’t feel the way they used too. Remember as you allow yourself the opportunity for growth you can and will grow healthier, and happier as well as experience a feeling of wholeness and alignment with the new and improved you.
