Balance is truly the name of the game! Though we all are aware of this, when requirements in the day become lopsided we get sucked into the mindset there is not enough time in the day and suddenly this illusion of time limitation takes hold.
When this sensation begins to creep into your thoughts and feelings, take a moment, close your eyes and connect to your breath and choose thoughts of balance. Here are some affirmations to support claiming balance:
I breathe in balance and choose to claim peace; I breathe out anything not aligned with this mindset. This is what I choose so be it.
It is from this place of balance I know I can complete the tasks that need to be accomplished one step at a time one moment in time.
As I connect to my breath, I choose to honor myself with brief moments of connection throughout the day to assure alignment and harmony are owned throughout my mental, emotional and physical state so I may experience balance.
