Today’s Mindful Moment is all about a positive feeling about Self.
Self-love is a broad concept, but today, I mean living without self-judgment, that behavior of constantly belittling yourself.
Instead, I encourage you to live aware of that critical inner voice and then shift it to see yourself instead in a positive light. While this positive mindset about Self may not come easy, it is crucial to being the best version of yourself and creating a life experience by design.
Begin by noticing the triggers that get you down on yourself and work toward learning to respect, love, and honor yourself anyway. Tearing yourself down is detrimental to your mindful practice and will sabotage cultivating a life you design.
Try to ease up on yourself; no one is perfect, and mistakes can and will happen. Give yourself space to make these mistakes. Learn to love yourself anyway.
By doing so, you will become more at peace with Self and thus create a life of peak performance. A life you love!
