Choose a Positive Outlook

We live in a time of uncertainty:  our political environment, weather patterns, and economic trends, just to name a few, are all volatile. All these factors can breed lower energies like confusion, fear, anger, and anxiety. Instead of choosing these emotions attached to these thoughts, to breed only the same, choose to think a positive thought that feels real to you. For instance, when I hear of a person losing their job or another business closing up, instead of becoming fearful I choose to think about what is positive in my life, and try to focus on successes around me. Celebrate little successes like a new client or a new connection in your life.

Realize you always have a choice. You choose where you wish to reside emotionally and mentally. Surround yourself with what feels good and you will foster the mindset you want. By doing so, you will emanate like a fragrant perfume; your feelings, thoughts, words, and actions will have a ripple effect and encourage others to do the same. By choosing this positive way, you can ultimately impact everyone around you and think of how that possibility could grow if everyone made this choice!
