I no longer own the mindset of survival of the fittest, but sometimes I hear this very soft inner voice of programming say it to me. Prior to being sick in October that voice had gotten a bit loud. I remind myself to take gentle note of where my mental and emotional state of being is residing. I hold the power to stop and alter my mental thoughts and emotional mindset, especially if I recognize that the thoughts and emotions do not serve me or those around me.
I choose to thrive! In order to do that, I must first choose to greet life with a calm sense of being and be continually present in each moment with panoramic awareness. In this mindful state, I choose to claim a thriving mentality and release the toxicities of pure survival. Here are some affirmations you can own to assist your thoughts in claiming this mindset:
I breathe in a deep sense of inner calm that brings with it a deep sense of awareness and breathe out toxicities that do not align with this mindset. (I encourage breathing in through the nostrils and out the mouth for this affirmation and commandingly say it mentally.)
I choose at this moment in time to view life as being filled with vitality, invigoration and zest!
I am here to flourish and prosper! This is what I choose so be it!
