Create What You Want in Life

Gentle Reflection

Listen Now

We are powerful creators in our own lives. What we give to the world, we receive back. Through our mindful practice, we can foster a deep sense of awareness of the present moment, accept what is and make conscious choices in our lives that feel right for ourselves and those around us.

Today, take a moment to observe one choice before you make it. Living mindfully aware of that moment and the opportunity before you ask yourself, “Does this choice feel in alignment with me and will it serve to nourish those around me.” In other words, think about if you feel at peace with the choice and decide if it will positively help others.

When I reference the word feeling, I want you to tune into how you feel at heart center, emotionally and physically in your body. Also, notice the thoughts associated with that choice. You want to feel at peace, and content with the choice. Although it may be a difficult one to make, choose it as the right one for you and those around you. As we consciously live our lives from this space, we begin to recognize we are a powerful creator of our life experience.
