Today’s moment of mindful reflection is a gentle reminder that inner peace is obtained when you allow yourself to process life experience as it is rather than as you think or wish it should be.

Once you allow reality to be, you detach from the emotional entanglement of wanting something to be different than what it is.

From this space, you are better able to see resolution and solutions.  Of course, it is natural to be disappointed.  Allow yourself to feel the emotions but recognize that it is not the place you want to remain.  

Clarity comes from detachment.
