Some days you may feel like you are scattered or being pulled in a million directions. On those days, spend some quiet time grounding or centering yourself. To feel fully present and grounded, close your eyes, breathe and imagine you are connected to the earth with deep roots at the base of your feet and spine. Imagine pulling in solidity and stability from the earth. Shift your awareness to the sky; imagine you are pulling light and oxygen into every cell of your body; as though you have a portal atop your head to let this energy enter your body. Close with taking ownership of a feeling of being sturdy and strong, fully present and ready to embrace each moment of the day one step at a time.
