Thinking and saying with deliberate intention, thank you generates a positive feeling like no other. If you tune into how gratitude feels, it is a state of euphoria no matter how small a glimpse. Often we go through the motions of feeling or saying thank you. If you choose to live in awareness, you will notice the difference.
Right now, I challenge you to bring your awareness to this moment and think of at least one thing you can genuinely feel a sense of gratitude. Gently take note of how it feels in your body. Cultivate that deep sense of appreciation as it will assist you in creating a positive mindset. You will begin seeing more and more reasons to be grateful. If you desire to feel better about life and want to create a positive mindset, gratitude can work its magic and transform all areas of your life. If you do this multiple times a day, the sense of gratitude will become automatic. This process rewires the brain, and your subconscious draws more experiences that are positive.
