Expounding upon my Gentle Reflection from last week, developing our connection within,┬á I believe we must first learn to explore our inner world, who we are in the quietness of our mind without harsh criticism of Self.
We can accomplish this by choosing to live in a state of expanded awareness. How we see, how we process, and how we feel about our life experiences. This process can be liberating and filled with breakthrough moments of self-discovery. At the same time, you may feel vulnerable, fragile and downright fearful. Remember to exercise love and compassion with yourself as you would offer loving support to someone you genuinely care for and love. Hold your own hand through the process.
