What are you thinking about? Where is your focus? Does this focus truly represent your intention?
If not, cancel and clear it from your thoughts. How? Notice the thought as not being what you desire and change it to reflect what you intend or desire. Remember you are the master of your mind not mastered by it. You choose where your thoughts dwell.
If it is your intention, ponder and focus on it, make it your reality. You can own it by thinking about it as though it exists, speaking it in present tense, or acting as if it is part of your reality. Furthermore, a tool to assist you in ownership is visualization. You can visually meditate upon it or write what you desire on sticky notes and post them where you can frequently see them.
Use this New Year as a golden opportunity to create powerful intentions in 2012!
