Have you ever experienced a sense of emptiness or what I call a low emotional point? It can manifest itself as various emotions; such as, sadness, disappointment, loneliness. During these times, these feelings cannot be reasoned away as you are engulfed in this state. I have found that these feelings typically show up right before going to bed, during the night, or right as you wake up in the morning. Here are a few affirmations to assist you in claiming a stillness and a sense of wholeness:
I choose to illuminate my thoughts with the light of collective consciousness. God, I raise my vibration and release what no longer serves.
The peace I seek I find within.
I rest in the flow of all that is and surrender to the power of higher consciousness for strength to claim inner peace and completeness.
