It’s important to remember that when relieving stress, we have to focus on the mind AND the body. Remember when feeling stress in your mind or body to work to instead choose mindful awareness. Take a time out, and gently reset and choose acceptance and allowance so you can move forward on task at a time in Divine order, releasing the emotion of feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
