All levels of meditators are welcome! Each session adapts to your level of experience so you may attend any session.
Join Nancy for a guided meditation that weaves visualization, mindful techniques, and affirmations, as well as positive thought patterns to improve mindset as well as promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and empowerment. Nancy’s guided meditation style is uniquely her own developed over years of training and meditating with clients.
One hour meditations are $20 a session, or $15 for middle school, high school, and college students. Please RSVP by 8pm the night before a morning meditation, or by 2pm for same-day evening meditation. Please call 484-876-1048, text me or email me by clicking here.

Recent studies have linked daily meditation to reduced stress hormones, improved health and better sleep.
Meditation classes are designed to encourage participants to embrace a positive thought pattern. Each class begins with an exercise to center breathing. Next, attendees experience a visually and vocally guided meditation. The end of the class features an uplifting reflection so attendees depart on an optimistic and encouraging note. You do not need any experience, all classes work to your individualized need.
