Last week I felt pushed and pulled by life. In openly discussing the emotion I was feeling with my confidant and best friend I realized it was all about my relationship with time. Time only exists in human form. If I chose to rise above the concept of time and its perceived restrictions and constraints, I could feel a sense of relief if I only focus on the present moment. I say “moment” because even the present gives me a feeling of a need to multi-task.
What is occurring in the immediate moment or here and now is what is being lived and experienced. So experience it in mindful awareness. Not with the lens of being dictated by time but instead being at peace with what is, here and now.
