You Deserve Love and Consideration


One of the hardest jobs we have as human beings is setting healthy boundaries for ourselves. In any relationship, it is necessary to have and create a clear understanding of what is and isn’t acceptable to you as your healthy boundary. Establishing these boundaries is essential for all relationships with co-workers, friends, relatives, and loved ones.

Most of the time people are not deliberately trying to hurt you or make you have a negative feeling or emotion. When healthy boundaries are not achieved, anger and resentment can build, in many cases, this can occur without the other party being aware. Healthy boundaries involve being honest with yourself and those around you. You deserve the same tenderness, consideration, and love you give to others. They will respect your honesty, and you will feel better about yourself. Remember you have the right to your feelings whether or not anyone agrees with them! Yes, you are that important!
