Many years ago, I took a class on breathwork; it was so insightful! Your breath reflects you.
How you are breathing is how you are living.
For instance, if the breath is shallow, you are not tapping into the most powerful depths in yourself; whether it’s work, spirituality, or relationships, to name a few examples.
If you are holding your breath, you’re holding back controlling what you expend energy on.
As you go about your week, I encourage you to bring your awareness to the flow of your breath.
The breath can tell you so much about what you are feeling and experiencing in the present moment.
In close, I encourage you to breathe in the fullness and richness of life! You hold to power to create the life you want to experience.
