I Am Beautiful
Jun 16, 2023Sometimes I look in the mirror and see a woman aging. I know it is a natural progression, I know that beauty is more than skin deep and I rest in a gentle loving relationship with my body. However, I am here having this human experience and sometimes I am disappointed at the tired eyes or extra wrinkles I seem to notice when I look at myself in the mirror.
The affirmations I choose to assist in loving me as I look in the mirror:
You have served me well and I thank you for every age sign because it brought wisdom.
I encourage my inner light and love to radiantly shine out!
I am beautiful just the way I am and I am at peace with all of me.
