Resting in a space of pure gratitude allows my heart to fill with such overflowing love. I like this feeling because it assists me in owning a deep sense of inner peace regardless of the circumstances. Saying quietly to yourself “Thank you” is one of the simplest ways to embrace a feeling of gratitude as well as opening the heart to receive.

Today affirm to yourself a few Thank You’s. I offer a few as an example, be creative when thinking of your own. Challenge yourself to think outside the box. We always place certain things top on our gratitude list but what about the little things…

Here are some of my little things:

Thank you, God, for the beautiful flow of breathe that flows effortlessly for me and virtually goes unnoticed.

Thank you for the smell of freshly cut flowers that give me a hint of spring imagery on this cold wintery day.

Thank you God for the beautiful music I am so blessed to hear as I listen to music streamed from my computer.
