You Are Beautiful!
Jun 16, 2023We are given only one physical vessel in this lifetime. It is important to treat this beautiful structure with tender loving care. It is a direct reflection of God’s amazing love and truly a Divine work of Art. Many of us struggle with a love-hate relationship with the structure we have been given.
Here are some affirmations you can try to assist you in honoring your unique work of art:
I celebrate the structure with all its imperfections as it is uniquely mine and only mine.
I am at peace with what I can change and can not change about my body.
I treat my body with loving respect in my thought patterns and physical treatment of my body.
God I Thank You.
