How to Release a Negative Mindset

Positive Mindset

You have a choice. You can choose to look at all that is wrong in your life or choose to celebrate the smallest of experiences that are right in your life.

I have found for some it’s hard to have any staying power in the positive mindset. To those I suggest living in awareness; when the mind wants to complain or say something negative, try to think of one experience of thanks, then another until there is a shift of consciousness. It could be as simple as a delicious breakfast; laughter shared with a friend, a funny Facebook post, or the enjoyment of watching a show on TV. Simple pleasures, they are positive experiences.

I encourage all to focus on the positive so that more positive experiences come into awareness. Focus on what can be immediately affected, Self. Give Thanks, and you are open to Receiving all you want to experience in life.
