In the 90s, I was at the helm of a thriving seven-figure insurance agency with multiple locations. I wore many hats—business owner, mother, wife, community leader, friend, and daughter. I excelled in all these roles, but there was a cost. I never allowed myself to pause and process stress. My version of relaxation involved staying busy—playing golf or tennis, attending social events, and multitasking even during TV commercials! This relentless drive eventually took a toll on my physical, mental, and emotional health.
