Thoughts Manifest Life
Jun 16, 2023Our thoughts manifest themselves in our bodies, which is why it is important that we send ourselves positive messages. We can do this through loving self-talk, but we can also be kind to ourselves by going with the flow of our lives and accepting our circumstances in each moment. (Inspired by the Deepak Chopra 21-Day Meditation Series.)
Thoughts create a response in our physical body and emotional mindset. These responses line up with our experiences and determine how we will feel, talk, and act. Powerful stuff when you really take a moment to process that statement. It is important we have loving thoughts toward ourselves. Self judgment and criticism can be toxic to our overall health and well-being.
These affirmations are suggestions to assist with loving talk to yourself, make sure what you are saying you truly own for yourself.
God Thank you for giving me such a magnificent tool of self expression in physical form; I promise to continue to improve a loving relationship with my mind and body.
I listen to myself and observe my thoughts to make sure they are in alignment with my Divine connection which is all love and radiant light.
I am a beautiful beacon of God’s love and Light here on earth and promise God and myself to send a loving vibration out into the world to assist the world in healing.
