Choose Cellular Clarity
Jun 16, 2023I wanted to share a great self awareness exercise I have been doing lately as I am drifting off to sleep. I connect to my breath and invite God and the Angels to fill my room. I imagine the Alka-Seltzer advertisement where the antacid tablets hit the water and release tiny bubbles and particles. In this visual, I am imagining each cell in my body releasing and letting go of all toxins absorbed throughout my day.
As I imagine this visual, I say the following:
I gently and lovingly release all thoughts, emotions and physical ailments that do not serve me as I choose cellular clarity.
Each cell in my body is infused with divine healing light.
I choose balance and harmony throughout all of the molecules that make up my physical structure as I claim a sense of inner peace.
