Receptive to Hearing Gentle Whispers

Sometimes I am so busy talking I fail to listen. I can talk with the best if them! But how can I hear the gentle whispers of God and the Angels if I do not greet my sacred prayer time with connected stillness? A prayer intention is one aspect of my meditative time where I invite the divine to fill me up so I can feel, hear or know god and the angels are present. It is from this space I get my best direction. Cultivate that unique connection for yourself as it is uniquely your own experience.
Here are some affirmations to support this connection:
God and the angels fill this time and space with your divine love and light. I rest in faith and trust that when I ask to be connected to you that you are present.
It is in this silence of basking in the light that I surrender to the experience, and I allow spirit to “speak” to me. That communication is uniquely my own.
I am at peace with the process and have patience with my evolution.
