Replenish and Nourish

For me, this week was all about refocusing. February drained me on so many levels. I was continually fending off exhaustion and illness. This week’s affirmation supports that journey.
I lie down, close my eyes and invite the light of God and The Universe to fill me. I trust in the experience as I allow myself to rest peacefully in this connection. I choose to honor myself with at least a half hour in this connection.
While in this state, I quietly affirm:
I breathe in life’s abundance and infinite supply; I am one with all that is.
I trust in my faith and loving connection to replenish and nourish my cells. Each breath sends this intent to every cell and fiber in my body.
I choose each cell to own words like clarity, radiance and wholeness. I visualize those words in each cell and vibration flowing in my human structure.
