The Mind-Body Connection

Understanding the mind-body connection is vitally important in sustaining a healthy life.  If we desire to live life to the fullest, we know we must feed our body nourishing food and take physical care of our vessels.  Do you do the same for your mental state of being?  What nourishing food do you feed it?
