Affirmations for peace

Peace ~ such a simple word that holds such magnificent power.  Close your eyes take a nice inhale, then exhale and as you exhale whisper “Peace” slowly and deliberately.  Exhale completely then inhale again and repeat by saying “Peace” on the exhale.  Do this five times and rest in a state of being.  How do you feel?

Here are some affirmations to support calmness in your heart ~

My physical breath gently and lovingly guides a deep sense of calmness throughout my body and my exhale escorts anything that is not aligned away from my very being.  

Mentally and emotionally I hold the power to choose tranquility, through my thoughts, no matter what is going on in and around me.

I choose to own in each cell in my body a deep sense of inner peace flowing in and around me.
